1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Westlake Insurance Agent Management System, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the system immediately.

2. Authorized Use

This platform is intended solely for authorized Westlake Insurance employees, agents and administrators.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Accounts must not be shared with other individuals.
Users are responsible for all activities performed using their accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate client information.
Ensure quotations and policies are generated truthfully.
Protect confidential customer information.
Follow all applicable insurance regulations and company policies.
Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

4. Client Information

Users must only collect information necessary for providing insurance services. Client information must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons without consent or legal obligation.

5. Quotations & Policies

Premium quotations are estimates based on information provided.
Insurance policies become effective only after approval and payment.
Westlake Insurance reserves the right to decline or amend quotations where necessary.

6. Claims

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Claims are assessed according to policy terms, underwriting guidelines and applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Attempt unauthorized access.
Upload malicious software.
Modify or destroy system data.
Use the platform for fraudulent activities.
Share confidential company information without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, documents, reports and system content remain the property of Westlake Insurance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Westlake Insurance shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform, inaccurate information provided by users, network interruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Suspension or Termination

Westlake Insurance reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kenya.
